Antonio Nunes is the Director of GD Developers Lda, Portugal. GDD is SAVI’s company in Portugal, leading our on-site design and build, and property management teams.
He is a registered Architect with exceptional design and project management capabilities. Antonio combines a positive and innovative approach, along with strong quality management processes to ensure high quality deliverables for each client. He brings clarity to and excels in, the delivery of complex and challenging projects. His versatility and broad range of project exposure enables him to bring valuable experience to any project team. He possesses strong knowledge of delivering projects to the Building Code of Portugal and successful Governmental Submissions.

Ingride is a Director of SAVI Projects Consulting Ltd Macau. She is a registered Architect, experienced in leading and managing the design and procurement of projects involving multiple stakeholders from inception through to completion. Her extensive experience extends into a broad range of sectors such as Entertainment, Hospitality, Mixed Use, Residential and Recreation projects, in addition to undertaking Food & Beverage projects for 5* Hotels. With more than 20 years experience in the design and build industry, Ingride is a highly proficient architect with a varied portfolio of projects and has provided innovative design solutions to clients across Portugal, Angola, Brasil and Macau.
Benjamin CHU

Benjamin has 10+ years of professional experience in managing different types of construction projects, including Residential, Food & Beverage and Hospitality projects in Hong Kong and Macau.
He started his career working as a Contractor on several residential building projects and later moved to Project Management, overseeing more than 30+ projects.
He is adept at time management, from design kick off to project completion.
Benjamin also has excellent organisation and problem-solving skills, helping clients to complete projects within the expected budget.
